Rob Hay started in the electronics service industry in 1988 as a Canon facsimile technician. By 1995 he had reached Canon Master Technician status and migrated to computers and networks to support the high end business machine market. After attaining his CNA and MCP designations in 1996 he took on a system analyst position and applied his strong customer service background to IT support.

Rob has gone on to become MCSE and Citrix certified and provides customer with skills in Microsoft client/server based networks, Citrix design and support, data protection and backup solutions, remote access solutions and consulting for large IT projects

In 1993, he obtained his technical certification as a CNE (Novell Certified Expert). Since then, he has worked as a system analyst providing strong technical support to clients in Microsoft and Netware client/server based networks, Groupware systems such as Microsoft Exchange, Network security including firewalls, Remote Access including Citrix and VPN and as a technical liaison.
